Inquisitiveness about patterns of life encourages me to study philosophy.
I pursued my M.A (Philosophy) and Ph.D. (Thesis on: Philosophy of Education according to Swami Vivekananda and Sri Aurobindo) from the Department of Philosophy, University of Mumbai.
Joy in sharing thoughts...
My area of interest is application of Indian philosophical thought to dimensions of education, Management and to life in general.
I have published research papers, presented more than 14 research papers at national as well as international conferences organized by reputed Institutions/Universities such as IIM (Ahmadabad, Lucknow, Kozhikode), Mumbai University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Benares Hindu University and others.
Content contentment…
I have attempted to construct some learning modules based on this. Some of these modules are mentioned in my research papers as well as workshop design.
Conducted workshops (on invitation) based on Self designed modules for teachers, doctors, Government employees as well as students. I have also been fortunate to receive invitation as resource person to share my thoughts on Indian philosophy, education at different institutions in India.
Path to philosophize…
I am a lecturer with 15 years of teaching experience as well as a visiting faculty at the Dept of Philosophy, University of Mumbai.
Matter to spirit…and journey ahead…
Keen always to locate the divine purpose of human life. Love to establish dialogue with the
Divine – by composing poems and appreciating music. I like to thank the Lord for everything.
